While working for the local school district, Jeremy noticed that many students did not have access to adequate internet service. This became especially apparent during the pandemic when all school work had to be done virtually from home. This gave him the idea
Why not start my own internet service provider?
So he did just that, creating the Fast Wireless name and starting the planning phase. He found an affordable tower to lease and purchased the necessary equipment to get everything started. Once everything was set up, it was time to test speeds and hope it would work as planned. With great signal, he was seeing 100Mbps+ speeds, which was unheard of in the area.
Now What?
Since then, we have slowly expanded our coverage to include Frisco City, Megargel, and some of Excel and hope to keep working at getting great internet access to everyone in Monroe County. From our family, to yours, thank you for considering Fast Wireless for your internet needs!
